1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the FootballConnect platform, operated by WAMOCON GmbH, Mergenthalerallee 79-81, 65760 Eschborn, Germany.

2. Service Description

FootballConnect is a web-based platform for digital membership management of amateur football clubs. The platform enables clubs, coaches, and players to manage memberships, applications, and teams.

3. Registration and User Account

  • Usage requires registration with a valid email address.
  • Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials.
  • Only one user account per person is permitted.

4. Free and Paid Services

Basic usage is free. Extended features (Pro subscription) can be activated for a fee. Prices are transparently displayed before purchase.

5. User Obligations

  • Users agree not to post any unlawful content.
  • The platform must not be used for spam or abusive purposes.
  • Information provided must be truthful.

6. Liability

WAMOCON GmbH is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations.

7. Termination

Users can delete their account at any time. WAMOCON GmbH may suspend access in case of violation of these terms.

8. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
